Kombucha is a fermented black tea (Camellia sinensis) drink of Asian origin. However, it has gained popularity in the West due to its therapeutic effects.
Kombucha is produced by symbiotic fermentation of sugared tea using a symbiotic culture of bacteria and yeast (SCOBY) commonly called a mother & mushroom. While osmophilic yeasts ferment sugar in tea and produce ethanol, bacteria oxidize alcohol, and make acetic acid. Other organic acids are formed in addition to acetic acid, such as gluconic, lactic, malic, citric, and tartaric, which have antibacterial activity and prevent kombucha contamination by pathogenic bacteria.

Q1: When will my order be shipped?
A: For most products, the product can be sent out from factory in 5days. If we don't have inventory, the product need to produced from raw material, the ordinary period is 20-25days.
Q2: Can i get some samples?
A: Yes, we can supply the free sample, but the shipping cost be paid by our customers.
Q3:What's your MOQ?
A: For most of the products we already have in stock, the MOQ is 1kg. If the product is a new specification and need to be produced from raw material, the MOQ depends.
Q4: How to confirm the Product Quality before placing orders?
A: Firstly, we will offer the certificate of analysis for the product that you inquired from us.
If any other doubt, sample is available to you to be tested before large quantity order.

Q8: How do you treat with quality complaint?
A: We will always be responsible for the quality of our products. If there's a complaint, we will first assist customers to solve the most direct needs.
Secondly, we have SOP for quality complaint. QA will investigate the problem, after that we'll give customer a formal feedback about the cause of the quality issue and related precautions for this problem.
